Our Mentorship Program is a high-level support system for lash artists who want continuous growth, not just training. This is a premium, recurring offer designed to help you develop both your skills and your business long-term. Inside the mentorship, you’ll receive ongoing coaching, business guidance, content feedback, and troubleshooting support tailored to your goals. Whether you’re struggling with retention, pricing, client attraction, or scaling your bookings, you’ll get direct expert support. This program is designed for artists who are committed to turning their lash skills into a sustainable, high-income career with structure, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Cancellation Policy

The Lash Lab – Client Policy To ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional experience for every client, please review our policies before booking your appointment. Booking & Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when proper notice is given. • Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. • No-shows may result in the denial of future appointments. • Repeat no-shows or excessive last-minute cancellations may require full payment at the time of booking.
